Last night was crazy at Moksha Yoga Montreal. The room was packed (we forgot to take pics of the actual class) & the energy was flowing. From moment one peeps let go of their inhibitions and let their booty's shake!

It was seriously inspiring to see a community surrender to joy like that! You lifted me up Montreal!

Thank you Edmonton!! This city is mad dope. First off the Moksha teacher Sangha came out & repped it hard. These classy cats set the tone for uplifting fun. Big shouts to my homie 'hottoddy' who came to all three of my programs in Eddie & Sherwood Park. He dressed up to, & hooked me up with some sweet ass swag.

The tour has landed in Vancouver and I'm excited. Staying at my homegirl Kimchi's house. She's feeding me good stuff! Last night for dinner we went to Dharma Kitchen (vegan Buddhist cafe) and for breakfast I'm eating "Holy Crap".
