I just got home from an AMAZING 5 day retreat in Oracle, Arizona.  It was the culmination of 9 months of study & practice with a wonderful Sangha from Tucson, AZ.  We comitted to taking REGUE in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.  14 of us from the group recieved our Precepts from our teacher Frank Jude Boccio.

For most of the retreat we were in Noble Silence, no talking to anyone.  But for 7 hours it was lifted for social time which included a fun uplifting Dharma Hip Hop Yoga class.  We pulsed, pumped and POPED with passion and joy.
